Welcome to the administrative department!

Become an office worker and handle the incoming mail.

It's time to get started, goodbye boring and tedious encoding! 

1. Scan the mail of the day

In the mailbox next to your computer, take all the mail to scan it at once.

To scan it the right way around, follow the instructions on the table.

                             2. Process the mail

Open the Documents app. The documents you have just scanned are saved in the Internal workspace.

Okay, I select the PDF.

Since I have several documents in one file, I use the Split PDF    icon at the top right.

Then, I select all my scanned documents and 

I create an invoice, it will be sent to the accounting  department.

                           3. Confirm the invoices

In the Accounting app, the invoices are already processed thanks to artificial intelligence. 

Go to the vendor bills and check them.

Ok, for each draft invoice, I compare the encoded information with the scan.

correct if needed and I confirm the invoice.

                              4. Sign the agreement

A vendor sent us a new agreement to sign. I saved it in the Documents,  category Contract. 

Select it and use the sign action at the top.

I drag the signature field to the bottom of the page and I then sign the document.

Finally, I validate and send the completed document.
