Welcome to the store!
Become a
salesperson and manage our store.
Find out:
- the steps of the Business to Customer (B2C) sales process
- how to open and close a point of sale
Let's get started! One of you plays the role of the salesperson and the other plays the role of the customer. The wallet is for the customer.
1. Open your sales session
The salesperson
In the Point of Sales app, I open the register.
I
check the cash at the opening of my cash register with the help of thefeature.
I indicate the number of each bill and coin to obtain the cash total in the cash register.
2. Sell items
The customer
Hello, I'll take these items.

The salesperson
Yes, of course. Let me scan them.
Do you have a loyalty card to benefit from the 5% discount?

The customer
Here it is.

The salesperson
Thank you! How do you wish to pay?
The customer
By card please. I'll also need the receipt.
3. Sell an item with an invoice

The customer
Hello again, I'm going to take this item and would like an invoice.

The salesperson
No problem. Could you give me your company name, so I can find you in our customer database?

The customer
It's Azure Interior. I'll take this opportunity to pay what I owe you.

The salesperson
The invoice will be sent by email .
4. Close the session and count the cash
The salesperson
It's already 6 p.m.!
It's time to close the register and count the money in the cash register by clicking the menu.
Why count the money at the opening and the closing?
If you have received 100€ in coins and bills during the day, you need to make sure that there is 100€ more in the cash register at closing time.
This allows you to check that you did not make a mistake when you gave the change. It also allows you to check that there has been no loss or theft.
5. Switch roles and open a new session

Now the salesperson becomes a customer and vice versa. Open a new session.

The customer
Hello, I'll take the bamboo organizer.

The salesperson
Great! You're lucky, the item is on sale. I'll give you a 20% discount.

The customer
Ok, great news! I'll pay by card.
