Anne   Your coach

Welcome to the human resources office!

Become a human resources employee and recruit a new salesperson

Find out:
- the steps of the recruitment process
- what a salary package consists of
- the management of the received applications
- the creation of a new position

It is time to get back in touch with the candidates and move forward with the one you've selected!

         1. Make an offer to your candidate

Evelyne   Sales Manager

Could you send a job offer to Nicolas Vanberg?

You

Of course! I open the Recruitment app.

In the salesperson job position, I find all the received applications.

I open Nicolas Vanberg's application

and move him to the contract proposal stage.

Then I generate his job offer
and
send it to him by email, it will be quick!

2. Configure the salary package and
sign the contract

 Anaïs    Human Resources Director

Hello Nicolas, we would like to hire you as a salesperson! We have sent you an email.

You (as Nicolas)

Ok, I'll check my emails on the tablet.
It's unbelievable, I can configure my own salary package and choose several benefits!

  Anaïs    Human Resources Director

Could you sign it and send me the completed document?

                        3. Countersign the contract

 Anaïs    Human Resources Director

Hello, Nicolas told me that he had signed his contract. Could you countersign it?

You

Sure! In the Sign app, I find his contract via the menu documents, waiting for me.

I open it and sign it.

Then, in the Recruitment app,

I find Nicolas's application,

and check if it was moved to the contract signed stage.

4. Refuse the other applicant

Anaïs    Human Resources Director

Could you refuse the other application you received?

You

I'll take care of it! I go back to my applications for the sales position.

I click on Caroline Duprez's application
and I refuse it because she doesn't fit
the job requirements.

5. Create a new position

James   Shop Manager

Hello, I need an extra worker to make our stools.

You

No problem. I'll go back to the positions

and create a new one for a production operator.

I configure it with the 3 little dots

to the right of the job title.

The department is operations
and the employment type is fixed-term contract.
I can even add a job summary.

It can then be put online and job seekers
can apply for it.
